I would like to begin with an intriguing scenario. Recently, someone from my locality approached me about my potential candidacy for the role of Mayor in our area. He mentioned that many young individuals are stepping forward with their own visions for the mayoral election and suggested that I present mine as well, offering to endorse me. I appreciated his suggestion but responded that we must recognize our role within the broader ecosystem. Believing that one person alone can effect change disrupts this ecosystem and limits our potential impact.
I am confident that youth possess the potential and energy to bring about significant change and innovation. However, if we seek to achieve this change in isolation, it remains a fleeting personal aspiration rather than a lasting solution. If our determination is strong and our vision clear, we must unite to form a cohesive and influential network. Pre-existing political parties in Nepal are often mired in ambiguity, which can hinder dynamic individuals from realizing their potential. Now is the time for youth to rise, create a powerful collective, and shape our future and our country’s future, adhering to fundamental principles.
While I am interested in candidacy, participating in this trend without a solid team could amount to nothing more than a public stunt. Individual efforts may lead to limited impact and raise further questions in the future. Instead, I believe that we should forge a strong alliance, establish clear parameters, and create a framework that can bring about long-term change.
Every youth must collaborate with wisdom and an open heart, focusing on exploration, learning, service, and leadership. Personal ambitions and desires must be set aside before embarking on this movement. Those who support individuals pursuing solo endeavors without teamwork may be heading towards a significant error that could disrupt the ecosystem in the long term.
Understanding that a country functions like a family, we must start by making decisions that support our immediate community. Just as a family must back supportive decisions for effective implementation, every youth and individual must stand together, supported by a robust alliance and a strong support system.
As an engineer, I recognize the immense importance of teamwork. History shows that monumental achievements like the Great Wall of China and the Pyramids were the result of collective effort, and even modern technology cannot surpass these feats. It may take time, but if we remain united, we can achieve substantial change.
People are seeking astute candidates and genuine change, yet the influence of established, untrustworthy networks persists. Youth must replace these networks with genuine, strong teams to make a meaningful impact. The right people in the right places, with a shared vision, can overcome obstacles that once seemed insurmountable.
I urge today’s youth to unite for absolute change, sustainable societal ecosystems, innovative advancements in education and healthcare, infrastructure development, and entrepreneurial growth. All these objectives are achievable only through collective effort and a shared commitment to societal sustainability. If individuals continue to act independently, meaningful change at the societal or national level remains elusive.
Today, the need for change and innovation is paramount, and this can only be achieved through a unified, determined approach. Let us come together, prioritize the collective good over personal interests, and demonstrate the power of teamwork to effect real, lasting change. By collaborating and adhering to our shared vision, we can reshape the future of our nation and showcase the strength of unity...

युवाहरूको एकता र प्रभावी नेतृत्व: देशको भविष्यको लागि एक साझा दृष्टिकोण
म एक रोचक परिदृश्यसँग सुरु गर्न चाहन्छु। हालै, मेरो स्थानीय क्षेत्रमा मेरो मेयरको उम्मेदवारीको बारेमा कसैले मलाई सोध्यो। उनले भने कि धेरै युवा व्यक्तिहरू आफ्नो दृष्टिकोणसहित मेयरको चुनावमा उत्रिरहेका छन् र म पनि मेरो दृष्टिकोण प्रस्तुत गर्न सक्दिन। उनले मलाई समर्थन गर्ने प्रस्ताव राखे। मैले उनको सुझावको कदर गरे तर साथसाथै यो पनि भनें कि हामी हाम्रो भूमिकालाई ठूलो पारिस्थितिक तन्त्रको हिस्सा मान्नुपर्छ। यदि हामीलाई लाग्छ कि मात्र एक व्यक्तिले परिवर्तन ल्याउन सक्छ भने हामी यो पारिस्थितिक तन्त्रलाई विघटन गरिरहेका छौं जसले हाम्रो प्रभाव सीमित पार्दछ।
मलाई विश्वास छ कि युवामा ठूलो परिवर्तन र नवप्रवर्तन ल्याउने क्षमता र ऊर्जा छ। तर, यदि हामीले यो परिवर्तन एक्लै ल्याउने प्रयास गर्यौं भने यो केवल व्यक्तिगत आकांक्षा हुनेछ जसले दीर्घकालीन समाधान प्रदान गर्दैन। यदि हाम्रो निर्णय दृढ र दृष्टिकोण स्पष्ट छ भने हामीलाई एकजुट भएर एक प्रभावकारी नेटवर्क बनाउनुपर्छ। नेपालमा पूर्वनिर्धारित राजनीतिक दल प्रायः अस्पष्टताको समस्यामा फसिरहेका छन्, जसले गतिशील व्यक्तिहरूलाई आफ्नो क्षमताहरू प्रकट गर्नमा रोक लगाउँछ। अबको समय युवाहरूको उथलपुथलको हो, एक शक्तिशाली सामूहिक सिर्जना गर्नुहोस् र हाम्रो भविष्य र देशको भविष्यलाई आकार दिनुहोस्, आधारभूत सिद्धान्तहरूको पालना गर्दै।

म आजको युवालाई पूर्ण परिवर्तनको लागि एकता गर्न, दीगो समाजको पारिस्थितिक तन्त्रको लागि, शिक्षा र स्वास्थ्य सेवामा नवप्रवर्तनको लागि, पूर्वाधार विकासमा, उद्यमशीलता वृद्धिमा, र अवसरहरूको बढौतरीका लागि आह्वान गर्न चाहन्छु। यी सबै उद्देश्यहरू सामूहिक प्रयास र साझा प्रतिबद्धतासँग मात्र प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ। यदि व्यक्तिहरू स्वतन्त्र रूपमा कार्य गर्न जारी राख्नुपर्छ भने, समाज वा राष्ट्रिय स्तरमा महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन सम्भव रहन सक्दैन।
आजको आवश्यकता परिवर्तन र नवप्रवर्तनको हो, र यो केवल एकजुट र दृढ दृष्टिकोणमार्फत मात्र सम्भव छ। हामी एकसाथ आउन, व्यक्तिगत चासोहरूलाई परे राख्न, र विश्वलाई टोलीको शक्ति प्रदर्शन गर्न आह्वान गर्दछु। हाम्रो साझा दृष्टिकोणसँगै एकजुट भएर, हामी भविष्यको राष्ट्रलाई पुनः आकार दिन सक्छौं र एकता बलको प्रमाण प्रस्तुत गर्न सक्छौं।
